Before you start

Can I play these games?

Use Play game on a playbook to open its reviewed studio game. The library currently has 9 playable games. Cards labelled Prompt playbook show concept artwork while their games are being developed and reviewed. Every playbook also includes a customizable build pack.

How do I use these with local Claude Code?

Open a playbook, customize the hero, world and goal, then copy or download its Markdown pack. Paste it into your own signed-in Claude Code project and work through the four stages. This page does not connect to Claude, start a model request or require an API key.

Will I get the same result as the cover?

A prompt sets a direction, not a guaranteed output. Playable quality usually needs iteration. The pack asks for tests, a visual pass and phone playtests; generated artwork and performance will vary.

Can I use the online builder too?

Yes. Each playbook offers a 2D sketch brief for the current online builder. Full Three.js or Phaser projects use the local build pack. Copying prompts is free; platform credits are used only when you confirm a build.

Where did the ideas come from?

We reviewed creator reports on GitHub and located original X showcases. Each playbook links its references and explains what informed the design. These are original SiGameGen prompts; reference code, artwork and other creators' prompts are not included.
